Sally Hansen Nail Polishes Review

Hallo girls! I have a review post for you today!

SHINTLF778_PR2012_CLSCUNssV_副本A lot of you would have recognized Sally Hansen as a popular nail polish brand. Beauty bloggers and Youtube Gurus have raved about their products all over the internet. So now, I’m happy to write this post, cause I have 5 gorgeous colors to paint my nails with! The ones I received are from the Complete Salon Manicure Range, and it has 7 in 1 benefits: Base Coat, Strengthener, Growth Treatment, Color, Top Coat, Chip-Resistant, Gel Shine.

Ok, let’s get started!

First is this gorgeous shade called Pennies From Heaven.

Oooohhh… The sparkles!! *starry eyes*

This would match a brown smokey eye look perfectly. It is a gorgeous bronze gold color with gold shimmer. I really like this color on my hand, it makes my hand looks glowing. The formula and the consistency are the best in my opinion. It’s not too thick or runny, and the glitter particle is not too chunky. Perfect for a night out look.

You can see the brush here is rounded and so comfortable to use. It’s called “The Precision Brush” and it bends easily to follow the shape of our nails. Perfect salon manicure at home is now possible with Sally Hansen! ^_^

Next is this beautiful red shade called Wine Not. It has goldish shimmer in it, but not too visible in the photo. The color is truly mesmerizing me, however the consistency is a bit runnier compare to the other ones.

The color is not really opaque in one coat, when I layered it on the second coat, it was nicer. But still, a must have color for you red-nails-mania out there. :)

This is called Jungle Gem and this color is really something. It’s between royal blue to green tosca, and on different lighting it looks different. I have to capture it several times to really get the true color on photograph.

This is what it looks like in one coat. As you can see, it’s matte and really opaque. The consistency is nice, I think. It’s a bit runny, but not as much as the Wine Not one. I applied it on my friend who has deeper complexion than me, and it was so pretty on her! I think this one is suitable for Fall season too, kinda reminds me of the fallen leaves. :)

Hoho.. It’s pink! Or as the name says, Back To The Fuchsia, hehe..

This color is absolutely pretty on my nails, and I believe you fellow pink lover will feel the same. ^_^

This is like the perfect Barbie pink color, and will compliment most skintones. This one comes out strong on just one coat, but if you want stronger pigmentation, go ahead and put 2 coats.

Last but not least is this sparkly slightly frosty white Ivory Coat.  This color is just feminine and classy. You can wear this on any occasion, any season and it never wears out of style. However, as you can see on the top left photo, with just 1 coat, it’s still too sheer. You can see my growing nails below it, hehe. But not to worry, I added one more coat and it’s done. Me likey! ^_^

So, which one do you like the most? Do share in the comments below!

I think overall I really like the Sally Hansen nail polishes. Sure, some may need 2 coats, but I do love how easy it is to apply using their precision brush. With only Rp 98.000,- per bottle and with many selections of colors, I’m sure you will like them too! It’s available in major department store , and also at selected Guardian & Watsons counters (mostly Jakarta).

Well then, I hope you enjoy this post and I’ll see you in the next one. Byeee~
