Today I want to share about Signorina, Salvatore Ferragamo newly launched perfume! The name ‘Signorina’ comes from Italian language which means young woman. Here’s the event report and review.. :D
The event took place in Bunga Rampai restaurant and when I walked inside the presentation room, wah! Everything is so pinky and girly! I love the ambience already.. <3
The model for this fragrance is Italian top-model, Bianca Balti. The dress, the makeup.. She looks so effortlessly chic! ^^
The LCD has the TVC playing.. She’s pictured as a a young & fresh girl next door who’s preparing to go out with her boyfriend.. Here’s the Youtube link. I think the ‘girl in love’ theme is so cute, which I believe we all can relate ourselves into.. :)
Because the décor is pink-themed, I decided to wear pink outfit too, hehehe.. ^^
The cap is so reflective, you can even see myself taking the picture there! ^^ (click to enlarge)
The outer box design is simple and the golden frame surely adds an elegant touch of to it.. :)
The bottle has 2 sizes: 50 ml and 100 ml. The cute packaging with ribbon would make a perfect gift for your girlfriend! *wink wink* ^^
They represent some of the notes in this perfume..
The complete notes are:
Top notes: pink pepper, red currant
Heart notes: rose, jasmine, peony
Bottom notes: panacotta, musk, patchouli
The snack is yummy.. The event was held around 3-5 PM so it’s time for “ngemil” :D
And now.. The review..
I’ve been using it for a week so here’s my insight about this perfume :
When i first sprayed it, the sweet red currant note hit my nose instantly, giving an uplifting effect to my mood. Combined with the spicy pink pepper, it's a perfect combo for sweet fruity opening notes. :)
After around 10 minutes, the top notes switched with floral heart notes. I noticed the peony note first, since it's one of my fave scent. Hand in hand with jasmine and rose, these heart notes will make you feel so chic for its feminine and girly nuance. This perfume is worn best for a date with your loved one, I think.. ^^
After around 1 hour or so, the scent will get sweeter and creamier. In the bottom notes are panacotta, musk and patchouli. Musk and patchouli, the two of them I'm so familiar with. But what is this Panacotta? Well, after some googling, I found out that Panacotta is delicious Italian custard dessert, yum! No wonder the sweet and creamy smell can be smelled in the bottom notes and the yummy scent lingers for a loooongg time.. On my wrists, it lasted for a good 8 hours before it faded. :)
*FOTD with Signorina by Salvatore Ferragamo*
With this perfume, I can imagine myself as a cheerful and bubbly girl anxiously waiting on his first date to show up, hehehe.. The makeup is soft and light, with a natural pink blush look.
La mia faccia dolce.. My sweet face..
I feel so romantic after using this.. <3
You girls in love out there, be sure to check it out in major department stores cause it's available this July! ^^
See you in the next post! Ciao!
